Application Process

We are so appreciative of your interest in Heritage Christian Academy!  The first step in the application process is to fill out an application:

After the pre-approval process, you will be contacted by a member of the Academy staff.  We would love to have you tour the facilities and see in person all we have to offer!​

After taking the Academy Tour and deciding on Heritage Christian Academy:

• Parents should read the school policy manual thoroughly and sign 

   the Application for Student Enrollment.

• Parents will be required to complete all HCA enrollment forms such

   as medical history and medical release  for emergency services.

• All prospective students and their parents must have a pre-

   enrollment interview with the HCA administration.

• In the event there are any concerns or questions by the

   Administration as to a student’s eligibility for acceptance, the

   School Board will make the final determination and parents will be 

   notified.

• Parents will be required to attend a parent orientation session prior

   to each school year.

• Pre-Placement Testing: Students may be required to take an

   academic placement test to assist teachers and parents in the           academic goals and expectations for the student.

• Re-enrollment: Parents will be required to complete a re-enrollment

   application each year​

• A photo ID is required annually
