Statement of Faith

• We believe in the triune God as revealed in the Bible. He is one, in essence, while eternally

   existing in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• We believe the Bible is the Word of God verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original

   writings, and that it is the supreme, final, and infallible authority in doctrine and practice.
• We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary; and by His sinless 

   life He made substitutionary atonement for our sins.
• We believe the Holy Spirit is the person of the Trinity who comforts, convicts, guides, 

   empowers for service and gives gifts for service.
• We believe that man was created innocent, and in the image and likeness of God, and for 

   fellowship with God, but that sin brought forth both physical and spiritual death.
• We believe that salvation is a gift of God and is received by men only through personal faith

   in Jesus.
• We believe that the Universal Church, the Body and Bride of Christ, is not an organization,

   but a spiritual organism comprised of all who have expressed saving faith in Jesus.
• We believe that the Great Commission – world evangelism – was given to the church by the

   Lord Jesus Christ.
• We believe in the personal, bodily and visible return of Jesus Christ.
